Ocean Yacht Pool Delivery
Orders for in-stock products are shipped the same day for payments made before 2:30 PM. Otherwise, they are shipped the next business day. Orders for out-of-stock products are dispatched within a maximum of 15 business days, subject to agreement with the buyer.
We work with the following shipping companies: NACEX and Correos. Shipping costs and times depend on the chosen company.
Shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

Ocean Yacht Pool is committed to shipping the order within 24 hours. Once it is handed over to the shipping company, delivery times may vary depending on Shipping Company.
Shipping Policy
Delivery times indicated may vary. Although we will strive to meet these deadlines, any delay will not imply the cancellation of the order, nor will it make OCEANDREAMS Mediterraneo SL. liable for any compensation to the customer.
Our committed sale and delivery of advertised merchandise is subject to stock availability of the advertised product. Therefore, in a commitment to quality and customer service, we will always strive to have the advertised products available. However, exceptional circumstances may arise that result in the depletion of stock, in which case, the order and contract signed between the parties will be void under this resolution clause, fully reimbursing the customer for any prepaid amounts without any compensation due to the customer for breach of contract, consequential damages, or lost profits.
The shipping option (transport) will be chosen by the customer, and its cost (freight) will depend on the carrier selected by the customer and the quality of service chosen. This service will be billed directly by the company providing the service, and OCEANDREAMS Mediterraneo SL. will not be liable in this process. However, it is worth noting that we have endeavored to engage the most efficient and recognized transportation companies in the country for this service.
OCEANDREAMS Mediterraneo SL. will only be responsible for the merchandise until it has been handed over to the carrier chosen by the customer, or alternatively by us. From this moment, the buyer assumes the risk, as they have chosen the carrier and decided on the insurance cost. Therefore, we do not accept responsibility for delays in delivery by the carrier.
No order will be shipped until payment has been confirmed.
There will be no delivery service on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, and these days are counted as non-business days.
The order will be delivered to the address designated by the customer at the time of purchase. Any subsequent modification of the delivery location requested by the customer may incur additional charges on the sale price.
The customer is responsible for checking the contents and condition of the merchandise at the time of delivery. Once accepted, and with their signature on the copy of the carrier’s guide, they express their agreement with what has been received and waive any further claims regarding the suitability and identity of the requested and received merchandise. In the event that the customer identifies errors in the received merchandise at the time of delivery or if it is visually damaged, they must note these circumstances on the carrier’s guide and inform OCEANDREAMS Mediterraneo SL. within 24 hours by written claim to the email address.
Return Policy
These are the general return guidelines of OCEANDREAMS Mediterraneo SL that apply only to products you purchase directly from us. If you purchase products through offline channels, please contact the final supplier who sold you the products to inquire about their return policy. To be eligible for a return or refund, all general guidelines must be met.
- All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You can contact us to obtain an RMA number.
- If you are returning products that have stored personal information, you must completely erase this information before sending us the product(s).
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility; please ensure that any issue with the item is not your responsibility. These costs may vary depending on the size and weight of the product.
- For the purchase of large items (e.g., Pools, Seascooters), keep the original package for at least 15 days within the return policy period, to use in case of requesting a return or replacement of the unit.
- Products received in any of the following conditions are not eligible for return and will be rejected:
- Any product not purchased from OCEANDREAMS Mediterraneo SL
- Any product returned without original packaging and accessories, including the box and all other items originally included with the product.
- Any product showing physical damage.
- Any product that appears tampered with, customized, or altered in any way.
STANDARD RETURN POLICY
- Return for refund: within the first 15 calendar days from the invoice date or delivery date, whichever is later.
- Return for replacement: within the first 15 calendar days from the invoice date or delivery date, whichever is later.
- We will offer you the option to return the product via a prepaid shipping service. You can obtain a pickup order number via email after creating the RMA in the customer service center.
- The cost of shipping your return or replacement product will be deducted from your refund unless your item meets the requirements for a free return.
RETURN SHIPPING
OCEANDREAMS Mediterraneo SL will only pay return shipping if the product is defective due to the manufacturer’s responsibility (not the customer’s fault). The item must fall within OCEANDREAMS Mediterraneo SL’s return policy. A pickup order number can be obtained via email after creating the RMA.
Return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund depending on the reason for the return.
For the purchase of large items (e.g., Seascooters, pools), keep the original package for at least 15 days within the return policy period, in case of requesting a return or replacement of the unit.

How to use our Yacht Pool?
Our Anti Jellyfish Pool comes conveniently packaged in a waterproof bag. Inflation typically takes 2-3 minutes. However, it depends on the pool’s size. In addition, it can be inflated using an electric pump for quicker inflation or a manual inflator, which takes a bit longer. Furthermore, as inflation begins, the Boat Pool can be gradually placed into the water.
Deflation takes approximately 3-4 minutes. To maintain the pool properly, allow it to dry thoroughly. The net usually dries within an hour. For convenient storage, let it dry inside the waterproof bag, ensuring it remains neatly packed.
